Every IAIP member survey we’ve ever seen has three common themes – membership in IAIP is of value because of EDUCATION, NETWORKING and LEADERSHIP! What a great time to get a dose of at least one, if not all three at your Regional Conference this year. Most Regional Conferences last between 2-4 days, over a weekend. The educational seminars and courses offered at Regional Conferences are varied and valuable. At Council Meetings you expand your networking throughout your state, the Regional experience doubles, if not triples, that experience. Serving on or leading a committee, stepping up to a leadership role of any type, results in professional growth that can correlate to the work place. Yes, attending your Regional Conference will expand you personally and professionally.
